Antigua
In perhaps the most serendipitous happening in all of our travels (save one), we arrived early in the morning in the colonial town, and old national capital, of Antigua not knowing, atheists that we are, that it was Good Friday. The town's Good Friday Easter Procession, who's passage demolishes elaborately constructed plant and sawdust carpets, is famous. We were ecstatic to be unintentional spectators.
