Albums

The albums on my shelf have small labels indicating the part of the world they encompass. The slides within each, however, are randomly juxtaposed, oblivious to period or itinerary. The photos were taken with much the same randomness, recording chance collisions of composition, color, light and subject. For the most part these internet albums are presented in a similar state of disorder. Only in our most recent travels, to Peru and India, has there been a more sequential presentation.
